Fantasy Stuff

Okay, okay, before you get your mind in the gutter, I'm talking about fantasy football and fantasy wrestling. (yes, fantasy wrestling exists. i'll tell ya more in a bit.)

First, my fantasy football team is undefeated after four weeks! Yeah, I'm surprised too. I got an average team and the Indianapolis Colts defense. Well, if you've been following the NFL this season, the Colts defense, once upon a time a laughing stock, is pretty frigging good. In four games, they've given up 7,3,7, and 10 points. That turns an average team into a kickass team. Last week, my team won by just three points. Guess what made the difference? Anyways, my four wins: 72-58, 60-12, 74-56, 53-50. I don't wanna jinx it, but I think I got five in a row in the bag this week. In fact, I'm so confident, I won't even use a tight end this week. He's only averaged a point a week. Hope it's not the difference.

Now to fantasy wrestling. As you probably know, I'm a huge wrestling fan. (my favorite now: John Cena. my favorite ever: Stone Cold Steve Austin) Might as well put it to good use. Since WWE Fantasy became free a few months ago (it started last year and you had to pay $9.95 to play), I enjoyed every second of it. I'll admit I didn't do as good as I thought I would do because for two or three weeks, I didn't change my roster and some people on it got fired. But I did okay. Hopefully this time I'll win it. If I do, I'm going to Miami to see the 2006 Royal Rumble. (it's like the All-Star Game for the WWE, but it counts for way more. The winner gets a world title match at Wrestlemania 22.) Wish me luck!!!! As always, fantasy tips and suggestions are welcome. By the way, my fantasy wrestling team is The Original Kings of Raw.
